CAC Forecast October 20, 2014, Technical Analysis

The Parisian index broke higher during the course of the day on Friday, clearing the €4000 level. The €4100 level above is the area that we need to clear in order to feel comfortable buying with any significant amount of capital, and as a result we are patient but we realize that sooner or later we may have to get involved to the upside. As far selling is concerned, we don’t have the interest and we recognize that the areas below could be fairly supportive as well, meaning that we would buy other supportive candles as they appear.
