Dow Jones 30 Forecast October 16, 2014, Technical Analysis

The Dow Jones 30 fell during the course of the day on Wednesday, testing the 15,850 level. Because of that, the market bounced enough to find itself above the 16,000 level again, and as a result the market should continue to see buyers step in every time we fall. However, we certainly have seen a significant sell off so if we do see a turnaround anytime soon, it will more than likely be of a choppy nature. Remember, it is the longer-term players that first get involved after a move like this as they have a larger risk tolerance. That’s normally means pretty erratic markets.
