Dow Jones Industrial Average Futures Forecast December 24, 2012, Technical Analysis

The Dow Jones Industrial Average futures fell during most of the session on Friday, but, little bit of a bid down towards the 13,100 level. The bounce was fairly significant, and it does suggest that there is an underlying strength of this market. However, we are heading into the holiday season, and as such the volume will start to dry up. In fact, today we will have a less than ideal situation as far as volume is concerned, and will have shortened trading hours. Because of this, we feel that it is a good time to be out of this market as we expect the next couple of sessions be very volatile due to low volumes.
