Dow Jones Industrial Average Futures Forecast December 26, 2012, Technical Analysis

The Dow Jones Industrial Average futures fell during the shortened Monday session as most of the West will have been celebrating Christmas Eve. The Friday session formed a massive hammer, and showed that the 13,000 level is indeed very supportive. It is because of this that we do not see a selling opportunity quite yet, and would need to see the daily close below the 13,000 level in order to do so. In the meantime, we would recommend looking at this as a consolidated market between 13,000 and 13,300 going forward.
