Ibex Forecast August 25, 2015, Technical Analysis

The Ibex gapped lower at the open on Monday, and then plowed all the way down to the €9500 level. We bounce from there, forming a hammer at the end of the day. With this, we are on the sidelines because of the ferocity of the selloff, but do recognize that the shows that there could be a bit of stability trying to enter the marketplace. Because of this, we will wait until we get a much clearer signal out of the Ibex. At times like these, you’re quite often better off to avoid the volatility.
