US Dollar Index Forecast August 31, 2015, Technical Analysis

The US Dollar Index broke a little bit higher during the day after showing quite a bit of volatility on Friday. With this, the market looks like it’s trying to break well above the 96 handle, but there is a bit of noise just above there that could cause quite a bit of problems. Ultimately though, the weekly candle is a nice-looking hammer, so we do believe that sooner or later the buyers will come into this market and push things higher. We have notched in selling, there is far too much in the way of support just below.
